We''re working with our client to recruit two Job Coaches to support participants across the Jobs Guarantee Programme - one covering East Wales and one covering West Wales. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys motivating others, building relationships, and making a genuine impact within local communities. The Role As a Job Coach, you''ll provide personalised, end-to-end support to individuals participating in the Jobs Guarantee Programme - helping them move from referral through to sustained employment. You''ll support participants to overcome barriers, improve employability skills, secure suitable opportunities, and successfully maintain employment outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting participants throughout all stages of the programmeConducting inductions, vocational profiling, and initial assessmentsIdentifying barriers to employment and developing tailored Employment Action PlansDelivering one-to-one coaching and employability supportSupporting with CV writing, interview preparation, confidence building, job searching, workplace behaviours, financial awareness, and travel planningCoordinating interviews and obtaining employer feedbackMaintaining regular contact with ..... full job details .....
