£18 - £20/hour
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Job Analyst to join Cheshire East Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct job analysis interviews with managers and stakeholders
- Produce accurate and compliant Job Description Questionnaires (JDQs)
- Provide guidance on NJC job evaluation processes
- Support job evaluation panels where required
- Manage a high volume of evaluations linked to restructuring activity
About You
- Proven experience in job evaluation and job analysis
- Strong knowledge of the NJC Job Evaluation Scheme
- Experience completing JDQs and supporting evaluation processes
