Jira Consultant - London - Wealth Management

We are looking for an experienced Jira Implementation Consultant/Jira Solutions Consultant to support a major Jira transformation programme within a leading Wealth Management organisation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the design, configuration and optimisation of the organisation''s Jira environment, ensuring it effectively supports portfolio, programme and team-level delivery. This is not simply a Jira administration role. We are looking for someone who can define the target-state Jira operating model, establish appropriate governance and standards, configure Jira Premium capabilities and leave the organisation with a scalable and sustainable Jira environment. HYBRID WORKING INSIDE IR35 Key Responsibilities Design and implement the target-state Jira operating model, aligned with portfolio and programme delivery requirements. Review the existing Jira environment and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise its use. Configure Jira to support portfolio, programme, project and team-level delivery. Design and configure Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, fields, permissions and schemes. Maximise the use of Jira Premium, particularly Advanced Roadmaps, Forms and Automation. Configure Advanced Roadmaps to provide portfolio-level planning, dependencies, milestones and delivery visibility.
