The role
Neve Jewels Group is looking for a Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our successful Newcastle team.
This is more than simply selling jewellery. You will help customers celebrate meaningful moments, from engagements and anniversaries to unforgettable gifts.
You will take the time to understand each customer, guide them through our collections and help them find a piece they will treasure.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Welcome customers and create an enjoyable, relaxed experience
- Listen carefully to their needs, preferences and budget
- Offer knowledgeable and personal jewellery recommendations
- Build strong knowledge of our designs, materials and craftsmanship
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Follow up with customers and handle telephone enquiries
- Resolve questions or concerns with care and professionalism
- Maintain the high standards expected from a luxury jewellery brand
- Support the team with visual merchandising and store presentation

The person
You will need at least two years’ jewellery sales experience and a strong record of achieving sales targets.
You will also be:

- Comfortable working with high-end clients
- A strong listener and communicator
- Proactive, organised and team-focused
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Calm and professional in a busy environment
- Naturally attentive to detail and presentation
