Key Responsibilities Safe and efficient operation of a JCB 3CX / 180 Backhoe Loader. Excavation, trenching and backfilling. Loading materials and site clearance. Assisting groundworkers and other site operatives as required. Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects. Working safely and following all site health and safety procedures. Requirements Valid CPCS Blue Card or NPORS (CSCS Logo) for Backhoe Loader (180 Excavator Loader). Proven experience operating a JCB 3CX / 180 Backhoe Loader on construction or civils projects. Good understanding of site health and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence preferred. Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
