The successful candidate will work on high-performance trading platforms and Real Time market data distribution systems within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role involves developing and optimising ultra-low-latency applications, improving system performance, and collaborating with trading, quantitative, and engineering teams to deliver highly reliable and scalable solutions. Essential Skills andamp; Experience 5-10 years of software engineering experience, preferably within investment banking, electronic trading, or high-frequency trading (HFT). Strong hands-on programming experience in Core Java and C++. Extensive experience developing high-performance, low-latency applications. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, Kernel bypass, and network performance optimisation. Experience with low-latency network programming and high-throughput systems. Knowledge of Real Time market data distribution and financial market data feeds. Experience with market data protocols such as Refinitiv ETA, Denali, MPAC, and Beacon.
