Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate into technical specifications and architectural designs.Transform visionary concepts into enterprise-wide systems.Coordinate architectural designs and development efforts among stakeholders.Ensure adherence to best practices; perform code reviews and provide feedback.Guide architectural planning for frameworks; monitor and mentor development teams.Create technical documentation, training materials, and sample code to promote framework adoption.Ensure system integrity with proper architectural designs; advise on security practices.Design and deploy Java applications; develop logical and physical designs.Ensure robustness, scalability, and extensibility of products and projects.Apply Agile methodologies.Analyze user requirements, define system features, and ensure designs meet business goals.Identify and resolve technical issues; write well-structured, testable code.Conduct software analysis, testing, debugging, and support continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsProficiency in Java, J2EE, databases (PostgreSQL), web services (REST, SOAP), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, API Gateway, Azure, Microservices.5-12 years of experience in designing software solutions with architecture principles.Experience in payment domain, team leadership, integrations, migrations, and approach creation.Optional experience in Angular and front-end technologies.Understanding of Kafka, PCF, integration patterns, security standards, concurrency, multi-threading, collections, Docker, Kubernetes.Proactive, detail-oriented, high-energy, able to work independently under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills.Experience with API and contract testing, TDD, unit testing, mocking frameworks, static code analysis, CI/CD tools, troubleshooting tools.Knowledge of Maven, Redis, Oracle, SQL, Unix, Shell scripting.Familiarity with tools like SonarQube, DataDog, GIT, SVN, Rally/Jira, Jenkins, Splunk.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; collaborative and organizational skills.Proven experience in Agile, SDLC, project implementation, ..... full job details .....
