      <description>Location: South Glamorgan | Salary: 50000.00-50000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Java Engineer IntaPeople are partnered with a fintech scaleup in Cardiff city centre and are scaling up the engineering team with 2 mid-level Java Engineers. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office. About the roles:  The first role is focused on feature delivery within product engineering. We re looking for an established Software Engineer who enjoys coacheing and mentoring juniors, helping them develop their skills to progress within their careers.  Ideally, you will be a full stack engineer (React/TypeScript on the front end and Java 8+ with Spring Boot on the back end) but a solid back end engineer will work well too. The second role is within a new, leaner team and will be leveraging AI to build new features from scratch. This role will be utilising Cursor for AI model development.
