Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean code practices. Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments. Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineering teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Desirable Skills Experience working in government or large-scale public sector environments. Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka. Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
