Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to expand business. Promote and sell freight forwarding and logistics services to new and existing customers. Understand customer requirements and work closely with relevant internal teams to provide appropriate solutions. Conduct customer visits and business development activities across the assigned territory. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Carry out other duties related to sales and business development as required. Japanese Speaking Logistics Sales Manager - Requirements: Proven sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is essential. Proven B2B sales experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Business-level Japanese and English proficiency. A self-starter with the ability to manage sales activities independently.
