Our client is a leading IVA Insolvency Practice, located in Cheadle with excellent transport links, and they are looking for experienced IVA Advisors to join them. They are currently seeking energetic, ambitious, and career-driven individuals to join their growing team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed client consultations to fully understand their financial situation, including recording creditor details and completing income and expenditure assessmentsAnalyse client information to identify the best debt management solutions and guide clients towards clearing their debts efficientlyCommunicate clearly and empathetically with clients, maintaining a calm and professional phone manner throughoutMake outbound calls as part of client engagement and pipeline developmentWhat We''re Looking For:Proven IVA experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targetsTarget-driven, resilient, and motivated to go above and beyondStrong telephone manner with excellent objection-handling skillsConfident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a team player mindsetPunctual, reliable, and willing to contribute extra effortComfortable with making outbound callsProficient with IT and CRM systemsHours:9:00am - 5:30pm (2 shifts per week)11:30am - 8:00pm (2 shifts per week)Fridays: 9:00am - 4:00pmSaturdays: 9:00am - ..... full job details .....
