Job role - Homecare Clinical Nurse AdvisorCovering South LondonWe are recruiting a Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Patient Solutions team. This is a field-based role supporting patients, carers, and healthcare professionals through high-quality clinical care, education, and service delivery across home, community, and clinical settings.This role is ideal for a confident, self-driven nurse who enjoys autonomy, patient interaction, and delivering care that genuinely improves outcomes.You will work across agreed programmes, providing education, clinical support, audit activity, and service review, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and professionalism.Key responsibilitiesClinical and Operational Delivery Deliver clinical care in line with Service Operating Procedures.
