ITSM Solution Architect

Provides ITSM-level architectural leadership across the client, ensuring that all future operating model designs, tooling decisions and service improvements align to the clients target architecture, GDS standards and long-term technology strategy. The ITSM Solution Architect establishes the architectural guardrails for the programme, advises on integration coherence across the 800+ client products, and assures that solution options presented to the Operational Board are strategically viable, secure and sustainable. Experienced architect with TOGAF 9 or equivalent; deep knowledge of ITSM tooling ecosystems (ServiceNow or equivalent); experience designing enterprise architectures within UK central government; understanding of GDS technology standards and cloud security principles (NCSC 14); ability to translate strategy into actionable design decisions. ..... full job details .....
