This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical delivery, governance, and stakeholder collaboration while driving best practice across the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform OwnershipMaintain the health, performance, and scalability of the ServiceNow platformManage upgrades, testing cycles, and remediation of issuesOversee integrations, MID servers, and platform lifecycle activitiesDevelopment and ConfigurationDeliver solutions using a configuration-first approach (UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, etc.)Develop custom solutions only where justified by clear business needBuild and maintain integrations (REST, SOAP, webhooks, identity platforms, etc.)Governance and Best PracticeEnforce platform standards including naming conventions, update set management, and security controlsSupport data model integrity and alignment with best practice frameworks (e.g., ITIL, CSDM)Contribute to architectural decisions and platform directionQuality and OperationsOwn CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (ATF), and deployment controlsEnsure regression testing and platform ..... full job details .....
