Working within an Agile team and reporting to the Senior ITSM Tooling Architect, you''ll play a key role in designing, building, and configuring enterprise-scale ITSM solutions across complex environments.This is an opportunity to work on high-impact, large-scale systems that demand security, resilience, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, install, configure, and customise ITSM tooling solutionsProduce high-quality build and technical documentationSupport delivery of ITSM solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environmentsCollaborate within Agile teams to deliver against transformation prioritiesEnsure solutions align with ITIL/ITSM/ITOM best practicesContribute to continuous improvement and delivery excellenceKey Skills and ExperienceStrong experience with ITSM/Service Desk tools, such as: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy / HelixCA Service Desk ManagerCherwell, Freshworks, or ManageEngineProven background in ITSM/ITIL frameworks (ITIL v4 certification desirable)Experience delivering secure, scalable, and resilient ITSM platformsSolid understanding of core infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group PolicySQL Server and clusteringPKI and certificate managementTechnical CapabilityScripting and development skills, including: ..... full job details .....
