Skills and Experience Expert level installation, configuration and support experience of ITSM Tooling solutions (this may include any of the leading platforms. ie ServiceNow or Halo Strong understanding of ITIL concepts including process knowledge in all service life cycles (ITIL advanced certifications are preferred, at least ITIL v3 foundation.)
