We are looking for an IT/OT Senior Architect – Defense, responsible for promoting and developing world-class Smart Factory solutions for our clients across the Defense sector. This individual should have experience guiding clients on their Smart Factory journey, demonstrating the need and value of Industry 4.0 solutions, supporting the sales team, architecting solutions, and leading engineering teams to deliver the right solutions.You will be a proven and energetic pre-sales leader and Smart Factory architect with a passion for the solutions we deliver, capable of inspiring clients and delivery teams, and convincing others to support your objectives. You will manage a team of IT/OT/IOT engineers, ensuring they stay updated on new technologies.Your Profile

15+ years of experience working with different client organizations, business lines, and environments.15+ years of experience in engineering, with client-facing experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or presales engineering roles.Prior experience in architecting and developing smart factory solutions in business processes.Deep understanding of product development, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.If you''re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply—your unique experience could be just what we need.What You’ll Love About Working Here
