IT/OT Consultant/Architect. Superb client, London based, has a long-term, hybrid Onsite/Remote, Inside IR35 role for an experienced IT/OT Architect. We are currently seeking an experienced IT/OT Consultant andamp; Architect to support a major manufacturing transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing existing OT environments across multiple manufacturing sites and defining scalable, standardised architectures to support digital manufacturing, operational excellence and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct multi-site OT assessments, maturity evaluations and discovery activities across manufacturing facilities to establish the current OT baseline, identify gaps and define opportunities for standardisation. Lead workshops, site surveys, Gemba walks and stakeholder interviews to understand OT systems, industrial networks, data flows, PLC/Scada/Historian environments and IT/OT integration landscapes. Define OT Data Foundation and North-Star Reference Architectures, covering edge, cloud, cybersecurity, integration and enterprise manufacturing data platforms. Design and standardise OT information models, asset hierarchies, naming conventions and governance frameworks to ensure consistent, trusted and interoperable manufacturing data across multiple sites. Architect industrial connectivity and data integration solutions using technologies and concepts including OPC UA, MQTT, Historians and Unified Namespace (UNS). Enable ..... full job details .....
