ITOM Lead

Job Title: ITOM LeadJob DescriptionThis senior IT Operations Management (ITOM) Technical Lead role provides hands-on leadership across the full life cycle of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a strong focus on Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB/CSDM maturity. You will own the end-to-end technical architecture and implementation approach, guide engineering teams, and ensure that solutions align with enterprise technical, operational and security standards. In addition, you will contribute directly as a Discovery Engineer, ensuring that ServiceNow Discovery operates effectively across on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including AWS.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end technical solution, including overall architecture and implementation approach for ServiceNow ITOM capabilities.Provide technical leadership, direction, governance and oversight for the end-to-end ITOM solution, ensuring consistency and quality.Take accountability for the successful technical delivery of ITOM solutions, from design through to deployment and transition to BAU.Support and guide engineering teams on technical delivery, removing blockers and ensuring appropriate ownership and resolution of complex issues.Contribute directly to engineering activities where new ITOM features and capabilities are being implemented, acting as a hands-on technical expert.Review, contribute to and approve key technical decisions, solution designs and technical standards related to ITOM and ServiceNow.Define and maintain ..... full job details .....
