The role: - Creating and preparing itineraries, quotations and costings for group tours. - Managing group bookings from confirmation through to completion - Handling all group booking administration, including amendments, cancellations, rooming lists and travel documentation - Ensuring tours run smoothly by coordinating with clients and processing requests accurately and on time - Negotiating rates and terms with suppliers while maintaining quality and budget - Processing invoices and supporting payment administration - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
