This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator looking to develop within commercial operations and customer support.Job Responsibilities Process customer orders, sample requests and internal orders accurately.Prepare standard customer quotations and maintenance contract quotations.Monitor shipments and provide proactive delivery updates to customers.Support delayed or rerouted shipments and prepare dispatch documentation.Create and maintain accurate customer information within the ERP system.Assist with routine pricing and database updates.Provide customers with relevant compliance, quality and product certificates.Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative workflows.
