Location: Bishops Stortford, CM22 Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday Job Code: MJ2316 ITAD Sales Manager On behalf of our client, an established provider of enterprise IT infrastructure and lifecycle management solutions, we are seeking an experienced and strategic ITAD Sales Manager based in Bishop''s Stortford. Our client provides end-to-end IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), secure data destruction, hardware remarketing, certified refurbished infrastructure, and green recycling services to enterprise clients nationwide. In this strategic sales leadership role, you will take ownership of growing revenue within the ITAD division. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders across key sectors, manage complex consultative sales cycles, and mentor junior sales team members to expand market share. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue growth and gross-profit targets within the ITAD sector. Identify, prospect, and secure new high-value enterprise accounts across regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Technology, and Public Sector). Manage the complete sales cycle from initial cold outreach and lead follow-up through to contract negotiation, closing, and account handover. Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, IT Directors, CTOs, and Procurement/Compliance Heads.
