ITAD Sales Manager (IT Asset Disposition) Location: Bishop''s Stortford area, on the Essex/Herts border Competitive salary + commission Job Type: Permanent, Full-time We are recruiting an experienced ITAD Sales Manager (IT Asset Disposition) to sell end-to-end solutions to commercial and public-sector clients, win enterprise business, grow key accounts, and drive revenue. You''ll lead expansion, securing large contracts, building a high-value pipeline, and positioning the company as a go-to ITAD partner for enterprise clients, MSPs, VARs and data centre operators, while ensuring secure data sanitisation, compliance, logistics and operational delivery. This is a hands-on, target-driven position with real scope to grow a portfolio and, at manager level, build and lead a high-performing sales department. What you''ll be doing Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the ITAD sector Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients across key industries (finance, healthcare, technology, public sector, etc.) Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers Provide consultative solutions aligned to client needs, including data destruction, asset recovery, remarketing, and compliance services Partner with operations, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent client ..... full job details .....
