IT Vendor andamp; Supplier Relationship Manager London | Hybrid - 2 days per week in the officeUp to £80,000 + Benefits We are recruiting an experienced IT Vendor andamp; Supplier Relationship Manager for a leading international law firm. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for managing a portfolio of strategic technology suppliers across SaaS, cloud, managed services, software and emerging AI technologies. The successful candidate will help bring greater structure and visibility to the firm''s technology supplier estate, ensuring suppliers are commercially effective, appropriately governed and aligned with the wider technology roadmap. Key Responsibilities Own and develop relationships with strategic technology suppliers across SaaS, cloud, MSP and software services. Establish and manage effective supplier governance including QBRs, KPIs, SLAs, scorecards and performance reviews. Manage the commercial life cycle including contracts, renewals, negotiations, pricing and supplier performance. Improve visibility of the supplier and contract estate, identifying opportunities for rationalisation, consolidation and improved commercial value. Work closely with Technology, Product, Architecture, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Risk. Manage supplier issues, escalations and improvement plans. Ensure key suppliers and contracts support the firm''s longer-term technology strategy.
