If you''re passionate about helping people learn, enjoy working with technology, and want to make a real impact across our multi-site legal network, we want to hear from you.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in IT training-even if you''ve never worked in legal before.As an IT Trainer, you''ll help support and upskill our colleagues by:Delivering engaging training sessions on key IT systems and toolsCreating clear, user-friendly training materials and resourcesSupporting ongoing development of our IT training strategyWorking with the IT team to test, refine, and improve workflow systemsDeveloping your understanding of best practices in case handling across RTA, EL/PL, and EmploymentThis role can be based at any of our offices.We''re looking for someone who has:2-4 years'' experience in a training role, preferably ITA solid understanding of Microsoft applicationsFamiliarity with case management systems (we''ll provide full training)Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills An open mind and willingness to learn.Willingness to travel across our office networkExperience with Mattersphere, Microsoft 365, or working in a multi-site environment-but these are absolutely not essential.As a member of our team, you''ll play a key role in driving digital excellence and supporting our strategic goals.
