We are delighted to be working with a public sector organisation based in Buckinghamshire, who are recruiting for an IT Trainer on a 12-Month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with an annual salary of £36,900 and offers 2/3 days p/week home working.The ideal candidate will have used expertise in areas such as MS Teams, QL, MS Word, MS ExcelDuties will include (but are not limited to): Creating clear, concise training materials such as manuals, presentations, and video tutorialsConducting both in-person and virtual training sessions, covering a variety of topics including software applications, operating systemsCollaborating with managers to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs to address specific needsMeasuring the success of training programs through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluationsOffering continuous support and troubleshooting assistance to trainees as they apply what they''ve learned Experience required: Previous experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or in a similar roleExpertise in areas such as MS Teams, QL, MS Word, MS ExcelExperience creating training programs and materials that are engaging, informative, and accessible Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Good communicationExcellent organisational skillsPassion for helping others and pushing for the development of skills Rewards and Benefits: 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata for part time)Discretionary performance related ..... full job details .....
