IT Technician

WeDoData are working with a multi academy trust consisting of 4 schools in close proximity, who are looking for an enthusiastic IT Technician to work alongside the Network Manager and IT Leads, to provide IT support throughout the school to staff and students. The role In this "boots on the ground" role, you will help to maintain the effective use of technology throughout the school, who utilise a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, JAMF School, Apple devices, Chromebooks and more. This is a customer facing role where you will be working closely with end-users to to ensure a smooth running IT function and to allow continued learning with the support of IT - a crucial part of the schools learning environment! This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic IT professional to develop in their career, with plenty of training and development opportunities. Support of 1 to 1 student iPads User management with Active Directory Mobile device management with JAMF Support of Windows and Mac environments 1st and 2nd line support throughout the school Requirements Previous experience working in IT in industry is required, alongside an eagerness to develop and learn. You will have previous experience managing users and providing end user IT support, with excellent customer service.
