Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork andamp; Systems SupportAssist in maintaining network infrastructure, systems, and devicesMonitor system performance, antivirus, and e-safety complianceInstall, configure, and test hardware and softwareCarry out repairs and coordinate replacement partsMaintain accurate ICT documentation and asset registersEnsure printers and shared devices remain operationalUser SupportProvide first- and second-line IT support across multiple sitesDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesSupport staff and students with IT queries and system usageAssist with user account managementCreate user-friendly "how-to" guides and documentationAV andamp; Digital SupportSupport classroom technology (interactive screens, projectors, audio systems)Assist with setup and maintenance of AV equipment for events, exams, and assembliesSupport website updates and social media activityHandle basic image/video processing and file conversionsGeneral DutiesWork ..... full job details .....
