IT TechnicianBased - Easington, East Yorkshire(5 days/week onsite)Length - Until 31/12/26Rate - £200/day inside IR35 *must have a drivers licence OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to support and maintain IT systems, ensuring reliable performance across the organisation. The successful candidate will diagnose issues, support users, and contribute to continuous improvement within the IT function. QualificationsEssential Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades 9-4/A*-C), including MathematicsOR BTEC Level 2 Certificate in IT or a relevant Level 1/2 vocational qualification Desirable GCSEs in Computer Science, ICT, or Design andamp; TechnologyHigher-level education (eg, A Levels, BTEC Level 3, or equivalent)Industry certifications such as: CompTIA A+CompTIA ITF+ ExperienceEssential IT-related experience in a working environmentExperience with Windows and/or Linux operating systemsExperience managing domains and Group PolicyExperience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Office applications) Desirable Experience with Cisco switching and routingFamiliarity with cyber security standards and practicesExperience in ICT cyber operations and securityExperience with CCTV systemsExposure to Operational Technology (OT) environments KnowledgeEssential Maintenance planning processes and systems (eg, CMS)Strong knowledge of Windows hardware and softwareKnowledge of printers and peripherals, including troubleshooting and specifications Desirable Permit-to-work systemsPowerShell ..... full job details .....
