IT Technician
In this role, you''ll be the go-to person for all things tech. You''ll work alongside other technicians and support officers to keep systems running smoothly, fix issues quickly, and make sure teachers and students have the equipment they need when they need it. You''ll spend your days fixing faults on Windows, Apple, and Chrome devices. You''ll also look after printing systems, audio-visual equipment, door access, CCTV, and telephony. When devices need repairs or setups, you''ll be there to help. Beyond fixing things, you''ll help maintain networks, update software, and keep asset records accurate. You''ll also work closely with school teams to solve problems and make sure IT equipment in classrooms and offices works well. Ready to make a real difference in how schools use technology?
