IT Technician

They provide alarm monitoring for customers all across the country. They are now looking for an IT Technician to join their team based in Nottingham.The successful candidate will need to have a full UK driving license as you will be travelling to sites.Position Duties:Providing 1st/2nd/3rd Line SupportTravelling to sites to install / configure networks (firewalls, VPN)Receiving alarm tickets and resolving them in a timely mannerSupporting and maintaining and setting up serversComplete full IT system installations, updates and upgrades (HW/SW)Daily checks to ensure systems are running smoothly and remain secureTesting signalsPosition Requirements:Previous experience in an IT Support roleFull UK Driving LicenseExcellent networking knowledge (Firewalls, VPN, etc)Excellent knowledge in Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNSGreat knowledge with setting up / maintaining serversPosition RemunerationMonday to Friday 9am – 5pm (4:30pm finish on a ..... full job details .....
