Your new role As an IT Technician reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day technology operations across a group of schools within a growing and collaborative multi-academy trust. Working closely with staff, pupils and the wider IT team, you will provide first and second-line technical support, helping to ensure that IT systems, devices and infrastructure remain reliable, secure and effective in supporting teaching and learning, as well as supporting ongoing IT projects.
