Key Responsibilities: Build, configure, test, and support a range of IT equipment, including tablets, laptops, customer display units, kiosks, tills, switches, routers, and servers Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting across hardware and software platforms Contribute to solution architecture and technical documentation while optimising system builds Manage workload across concurrent projects, ensuring high standards of quality control Carry out on-site installations at client locations, providing expert configuration and technical support for EPOS systems What We re Looking For: Essential Experience and Skills: 3+ years in IT or EPOS environments, with hands-on experience across ..... full job details .....
