IT Technician

GreatFind Recruitment is recruiting for an IT Technician to join a well established education trust, based at a secondary school in Camberley. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician with experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support who enjoys working in a busy school environment. You will work alongside an established IT team, supporting staff and students while helping to maintain the school''s IT infrastructure. Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 36 hours per week, all year round Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff and students. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues. Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and systems. Respond to IT support tickets and resolve technical issues. Support the maintenance of servers, networks and IT security. About You Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role. Good understanding of Windows systems, networking and IT hardware. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Experience working within a school or education environment would be advantageous.
