We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support within a school environment in Croydon. Croydon, London £25,000 - £30,000 Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Administer and maintain the school''s IT systems and network. Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment. Ensure users are kept informed throughout the resolution process. Skills and Experience Experience supporting some of the following technologies: Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Microsoft Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025 Wired and wireless networks, firewalls, and content filtering PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and AV systems About You Strong customer service and communication skills. Logical problem-solver with a proactive approach. Passionate about technology and helping users of varying technical abilities. Relevant IT qualifications are advantageous.
