IT Support Engineer Salary: Up to 40,000 Location: Leicester (site-based with some travel) We are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing UK business supporting users across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, varied role covering day-to-day IT support as well as involvement in upgrades, rollouts and general improvements across the business. It would suit someone who enjoys problem solving and being on-site rather than working purely on a service desk. The role: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues Set up and configure laptops, desktops and user accounts Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and core systems Assist with IT projects, upgrades and system improvements Support multiple sites (occasional travel required) Requirements: Experience in an IT Support, IT Technician or Service Desk role Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory) Comfortable in a hands-on, site-based role Able to manage and prioritise support requests effectively Desirable: Experience in a multi-site environment Exposure to networking, servers or virtualisation Experience with device builds, imaging or rollouts The opportunity: Stable business with ongoing investment Broad, varied role with exposure to different technologies Opportunity to get involved in projects as well as BAU support Supportive team environment ..... full job details .....
