Job title: IT Support Engineer - Enhanced DBSLocation: West SussexDay rate: £170pd inside IR35Environment: Education/SchoolDuration: 4 weeks (onsite 3 days a week - flexible on days)Clearance: Current Enhanced DBS requiredWe are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support within a school environment in West Sussex.You''ll provide day-to-day IT support to staff and users across the site, including floorwalking, resolving general hardware/software issues, user administration and the installation and configuration of IT equipment.Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on 1st/2nd Line IT Support across the schoolFloorwalking and providing face-to-face technical assistance to usersTroubleshoot and resolve general hardware, software and Windows issuesSupport general user and account administrationActive Directory administration, including user accounts, passwords and permissionsSupport users across Microsoft Office 365Install, configure and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors and other end-user hardwareDiagnose and resolve peripheral and connectivity issuesProvide clear and approachable technical support to users with varying levels of IT knowledgeEscalate more complex technical issues where requiredAssist with general IT maintenance and support activities across the site Key Skills andamp; Experience Previous experience within an IT Support/Service Desk/Desktop Support environmentStrong Windows 10/11 support experienceActive DirectoryMicrosoft ..... full job details .....
