The tech we build today, will create a better tomorrow.As an IT Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional 1st Line IT support. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and effectively, ensuring we meet agreed service levels and performance standards set out in our IT Support Guidelines.What that means day to day
Providing 1st line technical support to 1000+ users globally, answering support queries via phone, email and face-to-face while maintaining a high degree of customer service in line with ITIL best practicesAssisting with monthly IT Support visits to Alcumus officesLogging calls into our ticket management system, taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with their issuesSupporting company hardware and softwareLogging incidents with our external 3rd party service providersAiming to resolve 95% of incidents within the SLAWhat you’ll need to be successful
The successful candidate will bring excellent customer service skills and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Adaptable and flexible in their approach, they will thrive under pressure and remain effective when working to tight deadlines. With a positive and pragmatic attitude, they will embrace change and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for solving problems.
