You''ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of clients, delivering outstanding technical support and helping to maintain modern Microsoft 365 environments.The RoleWorking as part of an experienced technical team, you''ll provide remote support to clients via telephone, email and remote access tools, taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.Your responsibilities will include:Providing 2nd Line technical support to a diverse client base.Supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID.Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.Diagnosing hardware, software and networking issues.Building, configuring and deploying PCs and laptops.Managing Microsoft Intune device deployments.Resolving malware and security-related issues.Assisting with Microsoft 365 migrations, onboarding projects and infrastructure deployments.Delivering excellent customer service while working to agreed SLAs.What We''re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you''ll ideally have:2-3 years'' experience within a 2nd Line ..... full job details .....
