The successful candidate will ensure that operational issues and queries are addressed swiftly and effectively, contributing to the smooth running of services. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems, products, and services. Manage endpoints using various technologies, including InTune, SCCM, Knox, and Azure-based administration. Oversee the Airwave estate with Radio Manager and manage the Windows 10 OS lifecycle, including application testing and security device control.
