Joining a growing organisation, you''ll play a key role in supporting users, maintaining critical systems, and developing your skills across Microsoft cloud technologies and business applications.Please note, this role is based on site 5-days near Colchester.Key RequirementsProvide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and user issuesAct as a first point of contact for IT incidents and service requestsSupport and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDriveAssist with Azure/Entra ID user administration, permissions and access managementManage and resolve tickets in line with agreed service levelsDeliver excellent customer service and clear communication to end usersWork collaboratively with the wider IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service deliveryKey ExperiencePrevious experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line IT Support roleExperience supporting Microsoft 365 environmentsKnowledge of Azure and Entra ID administrationExperience working with service desk or ITSM ticketing systemsStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and remote support environmentsFamiliarity with Intune, SCCM or similar endpoint management toolsExperience supporting Microsoft ..... full job details .....
