Technical
Project Manager
to champion robust project management methodologies and ensure the seamless delivery of major client initiatives from start to finish. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle – from initial concept and planning, through to execution, monitoring and closure.Working closely with clients, you’ll define requirements, scope, and success criteria. Internally, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.As the main point of contact for clients, you will play a pivotal role in stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and performance tracking, ensuring transparency and alignment at every stage. Your ability to foresee risks, adapt to changing circumstances, and inspire collaboration will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities
Presales SupportAdvise the sales team on delivery requirements, project timescales, and risksProject PlanningCreate robust project plans with clear milestones and contingenciesCollaborate with the Professional Services Manager to schedule resourcesEstablish shared understanding of scope and deliverables with clientsProject DeliveryServe as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver outcomesManage change, risks, and commercial impacts effectivelyProvide regular internal and external project reportingProject Office (PMO) ContributionMaintain and enhance planning templates and delivery processesPromote consistency and continuous improvement across all projectsTeam and Company EngagementUphold company policies and participate in team initiativesCollaborate and contribute across departmentsEducation and QualificationsDegree educated or equivalent experienceProject Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI)ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience delivering IT infrastructure projects, including:Infrastructure refresh (On-Prem or Cloud)Microsoft 365 migrationsAzure migrations or transformationsOutsourcing/user migration projectsBackup and storage solutionsExperience working with SME clients across diverse sectorsKey CompetenciesVital to success:Strong customer service orientationClear, confident communication skillsAbility to perform under pressureHigh attention to detailProcess improvement mindsetInfluencing and problem-solvingBeneficial:Commercial awarenessLeadership and decision-makingNegotiation and stakeholder managementDesirable:Strategic thinkingResearch and evaluation skillsWhat We Offer
