Key Responsibilities Provide L1 and L2 technical support for hardware, software, servers, and networks. Build, image, and configure new laptops and desktops. Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware faults, basic printer issues, and mobile devices (iOS/Android). Key Requirements Solid technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
