IT Tech Bar Engineer Manchester

We are recruitng for an IT Tech Bar Support Engineer on contract based in Manchester for a leading Food and Clothing organisation.

Key Skills:

A continuous improvement mentality to see and call out areas to improve customer experience
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues.
Previous experience on a Tech Bar/Walk-up Support service
Experience in handling Incidents and Requests
Microsoft Windows technical support experience
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Suite
Competent in using and supporting Microsoft Teams
Able to support of mobile technologies Apple and Android
Familiar with building, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops and laptops
Understanding of Azure, Autopilot, and Intune to deploy software to devices
Experience using BMC Helix to log and update tickets
Any previous support experience with Apple Macs would also be beneficial
