About the RoleYou''ll lead the day-to-day performance of IT services across both primary and secondary school settings, ensuring systems are resilient, reliable, and fit for purpose. Acting as the senior technical escalation point, you''ll play a pivotal role in maintaining infrastructure, supporting key school activities, and driving service improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily IT operations and ensure excellent service deliveryManage incidents, service requests, and major issue resolutionCommunicate effectively with senior stakeholders during disruptionsProvide technical leadership across networks, systems, and end-user devicesSupport and maintain a wide range of technologies including PCs, Apple devices, printers, displays, telephony, and network infrastructureProactively monitor alerts and resolve issues (eg, Firewalls, backups, email quarantines)Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure timely issue resolutionLine manage IT Technician(s), including supervision, workload allocation, and professional developmentLead and support local IT projects from conception to completionMaintain clear and accurate operational ..... full job details .....
