Job Title: IT Systems Engineer Overview An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and values-driven IT Systems Engineer to design, secure, and maintain business-critical systems across multiple environments. The role supports two distinct operational areas: A secure enterprise transcription service environment with dedicated infrastructure, requiring compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials A wider organisational environment, including an education setting While the primary focus will be on the enterprise environment, priorities may shift based on business needs, requiring collaboration with internal IT teams to provide technical expertise and support.
