You ll be joining a SaaS business as the go-to person for day-to-day internal IT, supporting around 60 users across the UK and international offices. It s a small environment, so you ll get plenty of autonomy, but you ll also have direct access to one of the co-founders who will help mentor and develop you.   A lot of the repetitive support work has already been automated, which means this isn t just a case of resetting passwords all day.
