IT Systems Engineer Base Salary: £31,000 £35,000 Benefits: Private healthcare and dental, 27 days holiday + more Location: Whitechapel, London 3 days a week in the office The opportunity: This is a great next step for someone with a couple of years IT experience who wants more ownership than simply working through a support queue. You ll be joining a SaaS business as the go-to person for day-to-day internal IT, supporting around 60 users across the UK and international offices. It s a small environment, so you ll get plenty of autonomy, but you ll also have direct access to one of the co-founders who will help mentor and develop you. A lot of the repetitive support work has already been automated, which means this isn t just a case of resetting passwords all day. You ll still look after the day-to-day IT environment, but there ll also be opportunities to get involved in improvement work, automation and internal projects. Day to day You ll look after the internal Microsoft environment, supporting users across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Active Directory. You ll manage laptops and devices, handle starters and leavers, create user accounts and make sure equipment is configured properly. You ll also be the person people come to when monitors, printers, meeting rooms or other bits of physical IT aren t behaving themselves.
