This is a varied infrastructure role covering network administration, firewall management, virtualisation, servers and end-user support. Strong, practical experience with SonicWall and VMware ESXi/vSphere is essential. Key Responsibilities Configure, manage and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, including VPNs, security policies and access rules. Administer VMware ESXi/vSphere, including virtual machines, backups, snapshots and performance. Support Windows Server and Active Directory environments. Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, network and connectivity issues. Monitor and maintain network, server and virtual infrastructure. Support backup, disaster recovery and security requirements. Work with external IT suppliers and support infrastructure projects where required.
