They operate a modern ERP and business applications environment supporting operations across multiple sites, and are investing in their systems and data capabilities as the business continues to grow.They''re now looking for an IT Systems and Data Support specialist to join the team, playing a central role in the reliability, integrity and continuous improvement of the organisation''s business systems, data and wider IT infrastructure.This is a hands on role covering master data governance, application support, hardware and network support, and asset management, working closely with users, third party suppliers and the wider IT function on both day to day operations and longer term technology projects.What you''ll be doing Governing supplier, customer and product master data across the core ERP and integrated systemsProviding second line application support, troubleshooting issues and liaising with external vendorsSupporting software implementations, testing and upgrades, including sandbox and scenario testingManaging user access, asset control and documentation, including training materials and FAQsSupporting end user hardware, network infrastructure and telephony servicesContributing to network and application security ..... full job details .....
